These schemes are running  for cow rearing

The Government of Rajasthan is also running a subsidy scheme of up to 90 percent for rearing and protection of cows. According to the state government, this will increase the amount of milk production in the state. Along with this, people will also be encouraged to conserve cow progeny. The government will increase the fertility rate of cows giving more milk through this scheme. Besides, 90 per cent subsidy will also be provided to the farmers. The benefit of this scheme of the government is only for the dairy owners. Because, this subsidy scheme is given on the rearing of 25 cows, for which the state government will provide up to 90 percent of the cost as subsidy through different methods.

Cow dung at Rs.2 per kg

The Rajasthan government will buy cow dung at Rs 2 per kg. Earlier also, the state government has been running various schemes for the protection of cows and its rearing by the people. These schemes include Kamdhenu Yojana, Kamdhenu Pashu Bima Yojana and Cow Scheme. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has announced to buy cow dung at Rs 2 per kg to encourage farmers in this direction.
